From the moment a package leaves the depot that “last mile” is the Wild West of logistics. It’s where parcels go missing or get damaged, invoices go unchecked, and claims get endlessly dragged out.  As a result margins take a hit, teams drown in excel spreadsheets (yes, they still manually check invoices), and customers get angry. Retailers and 3PLs are basically flying blind during the most critical part of delivery.

Anansi knew that the smart move wasn’t just providing insurance for after things went wrong, but embedding it into a platform that could help stop the problems before they happened. Their platform delivers three solutions - Check, Cover, Control - so businesses can track invoices, protect packages, automate claims, payout on time, and improve their delivery performance.

The story became clear - this was about building resilience into the final mile. So we shifted them from being just another insurance add-on to being a partner that could deliver unshakeable confidence from depot to door.
